On Friday, September 25, Hotel Zator had the honor to host Members of the Members of the Carpio Valley Emblem Chapter, including Ms. Ewa Wachowicz. The visit followed our application for Hotel Zator and MERCATO Restaurant to receive the Carp Valley Label.

The Board members, accompanied by Hotel Director Agata Kowalik, had the chance not only to tour our facility and its dining area but also to taste a delicious Italian carp soup from Zator—a specialty served only at MERCATO Restaurant, prepared by Chef Krzysztof Gwoźdź.

- This is the largest hotel terrace in Małopolska I’ve seen... and it’s on the roof. The views from here... It’s beautiful here... - said Ewa Wachowicz enthusiastically, who also praised the hotel rooms, MERCATO Restaurant, and the fish soup, concluding with - I sincerely recommend it...
