§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    and is effective from April 1, 2026.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. considering complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – an inquiry to fill out a survey or to answer a few questions about the quality of provided services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information in social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the conditions of the given consent.

If the person has consented to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data are processed until the consent is withdrawn, however, after that period information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g. contract performance, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, asserting or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of programming companies and companies maintaining IT systems, with whom we have concluded relevant agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared and none of these companies has the right to process data in a manner other than specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may be processed solely for the correct provision of services.
