The long-awaited moment has already become a memory… inscribed in golden letters in the history of the new Hotel Zator… and at the same time the ADAMEX company, which owns this property. The official opening of Hotel Zator, along with MERCATO Restaurant and Stare Mury Café, took place on Friday, June 19, 2026, in the afternoon hours. With this event, we inaugurated the Opening Weekend, during which guests of our dining venues, from June 20 to 21, received a free coffee, delicious dessert, or cocktail with their orders.
Before the historic ribbon cutting moment by the hotel owners, Father Jacek Wieczorek blessed the facility. Later in the meeting, which took place in the MERCATO Restaurant, the hosts of the ceremony: Adam Kosowski, Wojciech Kosowski, and Krzysztof Kosowski, delivered special speeches. Thanks were given to all individuals and entities who made this investment a reality. Then the Hotel Zator team was introduced. Among them was the chef, who briefly presented the gathered guests with the menu served that day in the establishment. However, before the tables of the restaurant were filled with the flavors of exquisite dishes, desserts, and drinks, several invited guests took the floor — including the Mayor of Zator, Szymon Matyja, and his predecessor, now President of the Carps Valley Association, Mariusz Makuch. The celebration was crowned with an evening laser show presented on the hotel terrace.
The official opening was a prelude to what was yet to come… On Saturday, June 20, promptly at 1:00 pm, the doors of our Hotel Zator were widely opened... welcoming all guests — just like the doors of the MERCATO Restaurant and Stare Mury Café. This is how we began the Opening Weekend.
